Calusa holds the key to your heart this Valentine’s Day. Take in the sunset from a romantic perch above the treetops and Florida Bay as the evening light drifts across the canopy and the room glows with warm, golden tones.

Savor a four-course dinner of coastal-inspired flavors, from bright, refreshing bites to indulgent mains and a sweet final kiss of dessert, all paired with a bottle of sparkling wine for two. Each course is designed to be shared, talked about, and remembered long after the last sip.
