We weave sustainability into every element of Baker’s Cay. Enthusiastically embracing our role as stewards of the delicate Florida Keys ecosystem, we seek to create harmony between our guests and the earth with initiatives focused on responsible consumption, waste reduction, and local resourcing.

A true tropical oasis, this place we call home was once a sprawling 15-acre pineapple plantation owned by our namesake, Captain Ben Baker. A golden beacon of hospitality and warmth, Baker’s Cay continues to pay homage to the bold history of Key Largo and the daring spirit of its settlers.
